Kate’s Design Philosophy

I try to capture the joy of exploring a garden that’s lush, harmonious, and full of pleasant surprises.

Drawing inspiration from English herbaceous borders and prairie landscapes, each arrangement invites you to linger and notice new details. You might recognize familiar garden plants and herbs arranged in unexpected ways, creating that delightful moment when you think "wow, what is that one?" or "this reminds me of my grandmother's garden."

The goal is a design that engages all the senses—color, texture, scent, and form—to create experiences that are restorative and joyful.
